Incorrect device incompatibility β€” TEREA sticks only work with IQOS Iluma devices. Ordering TEREA for an incompatible device despite the compatibility information displayed on every product page is not eligible for a refund.
Claims made more than 48 hours after delivery β€” All eligible claims must be raised within the stated timeframes to be processed.
