Cash on Delivery

Cash on delivery (COD) is available for all Dubai, Sharjah, and Ajman orders. Please have the correct amount ready. Our delivery team does not always carry change for large denominations.

Order Tracking

You will receive a WhatsApp message with tracking information as soon as your order is dispatched. If your order hasn't arrived within the promised window, contact our team immediately. We will investigate and update you within 30-60 minutes.

Delays & Exceptions

On rare occasions, external factors — severe weather, road closures, public holidays — may cause delays. We will contact you proactively if your order is affected. Address Accuracy
